Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing your order and only before dispatch. Open the cancellation link in your confirmation email and confirm on the website. Opening the link alone does not cancel an order. If you spent GameDrop Credits, 75% of those credits are restored and 25% is not returned.
What if my game arrives damaged?
Report damaged goods within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Eligible damaged goods receive a refund, and GameDrop pays the return courier fee. Contact support before sending the game back. We do not accept change-of-mind returns for working games; applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
Can I buy a game without trading one in?
Absolutely. Every game can be purchased outright with Cash on Delivery. Trade-in is completely optional, and purchase-only orders do not require disc photos.
Where does GameDrop deliver?
Purchase-only game orders are delivered across Pakistan. Trade-in orders require a rider to collect your game and are currently available only in Wah, Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
When are live photos required?
Only when you choose to trade in a game. The case front identifies your title, and the disc back helps us provisionally check its condition. Both photos must be captured live during trade-in checkout. The rider makes the final condition check at delivery.
How do payments work?
GameDrop currently accepts Cash on Delivery only. If your order includes a trade-in, its provisional value reduces the COD amount. The final amount is confirmed after inspection.
When is my trade-in value applied?
The cart shows a provisional value while your photos are reviewed. An inspector confirms the tier within 2–4 hours. The rider then collects the game when delivering your order.
What are GameDrop Credits?
If your accepted trade-in value is greater than the price of the game you are buying, the extra value remains pending until GameDrop records delivery, rider collection and separate final condition acceptance of your trade-in, then becomes available GameDrop Credits. Inspection alone does not release credits. Signed-in customers can see their balance beside the profile icon and use those credits toward future game purchases.
What if my disc doesn’t pass the check?
Photo verification is provisional. If the disc does not meet the required condition, the trade-in is not accepted and the discount is removed from the final Cash on Delivery amount.
